The Small Print about Cancellations

Any reservation is a contractual agreement between you and us.

When we reserve an RV site, tent site or cabin for you, we actually take it off the market for the time-frame you reserved. Even though we may have subsequent requests from other prospective campers for your site and on these dates, we save the site just for you – even if it means turning those other customers away.

In fairness to all of our campers and to keep prices affordable all of our cancellation rules will be enforced.

By making a reservation online or by phone you agree to these posted Cancellation Policies.

RV and Tent Site Cancellations

RV and Tent Site Cancellations

As a courtesy RV and Tent Site reservations are held with a credit card. Cancellations by phone or email within 10 days of scheduled arrival will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. No shows will be charged the entire amount of their stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Luxury and Spa Site Cancellations

Luxury and Spa Site Cancellations

Luxury and Spa Sites reservations require a 50% deposit.  The remaining balance is held with a credit card and will be charged 10 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made prior to 10 days of arrival will be charge a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 10 days of arrival forfeit their deposit”

Holiday Cancellation Policies:
Reservations involving Holidays, require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is held with a credit card and will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations have to be made (by phone or email) at least 30 days before scheduled arrival date. (after that, the full amount becomes non-refundable). NO Exceptions / NO Refunds.

No shows will be charged the entire amount of their stay. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Cabin Cancellations

All reservations for Cabins require a 50% deposit at the time the reservation is made.*
The remaining balance is held with a credit card and will be charged in full 30 days prior to arrival.

(*Only Phone or email cancellations until 30 days before arrival date
will receive a refund of half of the initial deposit.)
